What is the best time of year to prune or remove trees?

Do I need to be home for the estimate or service?

You do not need to be home for the initial estimate. As long as we have access to the tree(s) in question, we can assess the job and leave a detailed quote. What happens to the wood and debris after the tree is removed?

Unless otherwise specified, we will remove all branches and wood debris from your property, leaving it clean and tidy. If you wish to keep the wood for firewood or other purposes, please let us know during the estimate. This option can save you money if you decide to go this route.

What is stump grinding, and do I need it?

Stump grinding involves using a specialized machine to grind the tree stump down below ground level. This eliminates the tripping hazard, prevents regrowth, and allows you to plant grass or new landscaping in its place. While optional, we highly recommend it for a complete and clean finish.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Scheduling depends on our current workload and the urgency of your request. For non-emergency services, we generally recommend booking a few weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. Emergency services are handled as quickly as possible.
